For Businesses & Event Organizers
If you are a business owner or event organizer using 8th Avenue, support is available for:

- Creating and maintaining events
- Understanding appointments and scheduling
- Understanding optional ticketing features (where enabled)
At this MVP stage, our focus is on providing a stable platform and clear guidance, while keeping ownership and responsibility with listing owners and organizers.
Appointments Setup (For Listing Owners)
If you plan to offer appointments through your listing, we recommend reviewing our setup guidance before enabling this feature.
This includes:
- How appointment requests and provider confirmation work
- Managing services, availability, and time slots
- Understanding appointment statuses (Pending Confirmation, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed)
- Writing clear cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-appointment (no-show) policies
- Using calendar sync options (iCal import/export) to help prevent double-booking
