If an owner chooses to cancel, downgrade, or discontinue a listing or event package:
- The listing or event will remain active until the end of the current billing or package period.
- No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time.
- Promotional placements or platform benefits included with a package are forfeited upon cancellation.
